Pursuant to Italian law + DAI - VERSI, D.L. 35/2005 - art. 14 comma 1 and TUIR - art. 15, comma1, lett. j-bis) TUIR-art.10, comma 1, lett. g), you may choose one of the following ways to deduct donations from your taxable income:

1. deduct donations for up to 10% of total declared income for a maximum of 70,000 euros per annum
2. get reimbursed 19% of a donation (max 2,065.83 euros)
3. subtract donation from your declared income (max of 2% of declared income)
